◂ Rims ▸
For disc brake carbon rims, the design goes beyond simply removing the brake track. The carbon lay-up must also be refined to reduce weight, ensuring the overall system remains lightweight and competitive. The PRD28 series (ProX Road Disc, 28mm external width) rims are constructed using premium Toray T700 and T800 carbon fiber, combined with a stable resin system to form a strong and lightweight foundation. The lay-up structure is further optimized by minimizing excess material wherever possible, while reinforcing high-stress areas such as the spoke holes. This approach achieves an effective balance between weight reduction and structural integrity. As a result, these rims deliver a lightweight build without sacrificing stiffness or strength.
The PRD28 series features a 28 mm external width (21mm internal width) and are compatible with 700×28C-45C tires. Multiple depths are optional: 33 / 38 / 44 / 50 / 55 mm. Whether you prefer a shallow profile for climbing or a deeper rim for speed on flat terrain, the range offers a suitable option for different riding styles.

◂ Hubs ▸
ProX C68DB road disc brake hubs are designed specifically for full carbon spokes, delivering ultra-lightweight performance and exceptionally smooth operation.- Equipped with a 36T ratchet system (same operating principle as DT Swiss hubs). Compared with traditional pawl systems, the ratchet mechanism engages across the full tooth surface simultaneously, providing higher load capacity, reduced wear or slipping, and more efficient power transfer.- Fitted with TPI ceramic bearings for low rolling resistance and smooth, high-performance rotation.- The C68DB hub features a similar appearance to the DT180, while being offered at a much more competitive price.- Both front and rear hubs use a 20-hole (10:10) drilling pattern for maximum weight savings, making them an ideal choice for riders focused on lightweight performance.- Front Hub 12x100mm Thru-axle | Rear Hub 12x142mm Thru-axle.- Freehub body options include Shimano 11/12-speed HG, SRAM XDR, Shimano MSR, and Campagnolo N3W.

◂ Spokes ▸
Carbon spokes LC CS1 weigh 2.9g/pc, 3.2g plus aluminum nipple (1.8g lighter than Sapim CX-Ray spoke with nipple).
If choose carbon spokes to LightCarbon CS2 (5.5mm width), Weight +10g/pair.
The carbon spoke provides both higher stiffness and better fatigue life compared to the traditional steel spokes.
The max spoke tension of the carbon spoke is 528kgf according to our in-lab test, which is much higher than regular steel spokes (typically under 400kgf).
