◂ Rims ▸
Gravel carbon rims need to balance durability with adaptability across varied terrain. ProX super-wide gravel rims feature a 32 mm internal width, optimized for high-volume 700×44C–70C tires. Available in 40 / 45 / 50 mm depths, this range delivers a strong balance of performance for mixed-terrain riding. The U-shaped rim profile is designed to improve tire support and overall stability. The wide 32 mm internal width allows larger tires to maintain a more natural, rounded shape, enhancing grip, comfort, and shock absorption on loose surfaces such as gravel, dirt, and mud. It also helps reduce the risk of tire rollover during aggressive cornering or technical descents. This platform is built to accommodate the growing trend toward wider gravel tires.
Rim Depth Options: 40mm vs. 45mm vs. 50mm
40mm – Best for technical and unpredictable conditions. The shallower profile improves handling, reduces weight, and offers better crosswind stability, making it ideal for steep climbs and tight trails.
45mm – A well-balanced all-round option. It delivers improved aerodynamic performance over shallower rims while maintaining a moderate weight, suitable for mixed gravel and paved sections.
50mm – Optimized for speed on smoother terrain and fast gravel riding. The deeper profile enhances aerodynamic efficiency and helps maintain momentum, with a slight increase in weight.

◂ Hubs ▸
C52DB disc brake hubs are ProX mid-range hubs, offering an excellent balance of performance and value.- Equipped with a 36T ratchet system (same operating principle as DT Swiss hubs). Compared with traditional pawl systems, the ratchet mechanism engages across the full tooth surface simultaneously, delivering higher load capacity, reduced wear or slipping, and more efficient power transfer.- Equipped with TPI ceramic bearings for low rolling resistance and smooth, high-performance operation.- The C52DB hub has a similar appearance to the DT240, while being offered at a much more competitive price.- Front and rear 24-hole drilling provides a higher spoke count for improved wheel strength and stiffness.- Freehub body options include Shimano 11/12-speed HG, SRAM XDR, Shimano MSR, and Campagnolo N3W.- Front Hub 12x100mm Thru-axle | Rear Hub 12x142mm Thru-axle.

◂ Spokes ▸
The popular Pillar PSR AERO 1423 spokes are used.
The spokes are manufactured using Pillar's patented cold forging technology, increasing strength by up to 20%.
Featuring an aerodynamic streamlined design, they offer excellent elasticity and a low drag coefficient.
