◂ Rims ▸
Gravel carbon wheels require a balance of strength and adaptability. ProX gravel wheelsets are built with a 26 mm internal rim width, optimized for 700×35C–50C gravel tires. With depth options of 40 / 45 / 50 mm, this range delivers a well-rounded solution for varied terrain and riding styles.
Rim Depth Comparison: 40mm vs. 45mm vs. 50mm
Selecting the right rim depth depends on how and where you ride:
40mm – Best suited for technical and unpredictable terrain. The lower profile improves handling, reduces weight, and offers greater stability in crosswinds—ideal for steep climbs and tight, demanding trails.
45mm – A balanced all-round option. It provides improved aerodynamic performance over shallower rims while maintaining moderate weight, making it a great choice for mixed gravel and paved sections.
50mm – Designed for speed on smoother gravel and rolling courses. The deeper profile enhances aerodynamic efficiency and helps maintain momentum, with a slight trade-off in weight.

◂ Hubs ▸
C52DB road disc brake hubs are ProX mid-range hubs, offering an excellent balance of performance and value.- Equipped with a 36T ratchet system (same operating principle as DT Swiss hubs). Compared with traditional pawl systems, the ratchet mechanism engages across the full tooth surface simultaneously, delivering higher load capacity, reduced wear or slipping, and more efficient power transfer.- Equipped with TPI ceramic bearings for low rolling resistance and smooth, high-performance operation.- The C52DB hub has a similar appearance to the DT240, while being offered at a much more competitive price.- Front and rear 24-hole drilling provides a higher spoke count for improved wheel strength and stiffness.- Freehub body options include Shimano 11/12-speed HG, SRAM XDR, Shimano MSR, and Campagnolo N3W.- Front Hub 12x100mm Thru-axle | Rear Hub 12x142mm Thru-axle.

◂ Spokes ▸
The popular Pillar PSR AERO 1423 spokes are used.
The spokes are manufactured using Pillar's patented cold forging technology, increasing strength by up to 20%.
Featuring an aerodynamic streamlined design, they offer excellent elasticity and a low drag coefficient.
